Map of Debts (2016)

The map I designed serves as a critique of European debt, a crucial issue in today’s economic and political context.
By bringing together the national banks of Eurozone member countries, I aimed to shed light on the magnitude of this debt. Each bank is depicted with its associated debt, providing a visual overview of each country’s financial situation. This artistic approach allows for a quick grasp of the extent of the debt problem in Europe, prompting reflection on economic policies and solidarity mechanisms within the European Union.

Project completed during my Erasmus at the Fakulta umení a designu Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyne (Czech Republic).
